Costa Coffee: understand the documented range
This UK dataset covers 2 mg for Costa Decaf coffee (2 shots / 1 pod) through 400 mg for Costa Signature Blend Mocha (Large). These are serving comparisons, not a claim about every drink currently sold.
Costa lists standard espresso, Ristretto, Corto and Cortissimo extractions separately. A Flat White therefore cannot be calculated by treating its shots as ordinary Signature Blend espresso. Small drink-in and takeaway lattes also have different documented recipes. The stored Costa guide covers 30 April–26 August 2026; check the current menu because newer recipes may differ.
Decaf is included only when a numeric value is documented. Costa has a listed decaf pod value; this dataset does not provide equivalent Starbucks decaf recipes. Pret, Caffè Nero, Greggs and McDonald’s remain in the database with their existing evidence warnings but are excluded from this builder.
