How the schedule is calculated

The calculator divides the difference between your start and target evenly across the available changes. If you choose “every 2 days”, each target is held for two days before the next change. It does not infer an ideal clinical reduction rate.

Withdrawal symptoms reported in research include headache, fatigue, reduced alertness, difficulty concentrating and irritability. A peer-reviewed review found that symptoms commonly begin 12–24 hours after stopping, peak after roughly 20–51 hours and can last 2–9 days, while severity varies substantially.
