UK caffeine database
This index records caffeine for named UK servings only where a first-party source provides enough information to support the value. It does not assume that a US recipe, another size or another product in the same brand is equivalent.

What the figures mean
A listed figure is transcribed from the linked manufacturer source for the named serving. Where a café guide gives a shot-count table and a separate caffeine-by-shot table, CaffCalc joins those two tables and labels the result as calculated. We do not round decimal manufacturer values to imply greater certainty.
Important limitations
- Coffee naturally varies with beans and preparation; Costa explicitly notes this in its own guide.
- Custom shots, recipes and seasonal changes can alter a café drink.
- A brand name alone is not enough: market, product line and serving size must match.
- The half-life examples on detail pages are mathematical estimates, not laboratory measurements.
