Transparent label arithmetic

What is in the whole bottle?

Got a caffeine amount on the label? Enter it with the amount you drink, and we’ll do the maths. A product name or intensity rating alone won’t give us enough to work with.

Check what the label is measuring

Start with a label that gives caffeine in mg per 100 ml. If yours gives mg per serving or a percentage of dry powder instead, don’t enter that number here—it means something different. This tool does the maths; it can’t measure your drink or tell you what amount is right for you.

A hypothetical 20 mg/100 ml label and 250 ml consumed gives 50 mg. This is a mathematical example, not a product claim. Numeric bounds are interface limits, not consumption advice.
